Starting tomorrow, September 20, 2022, I will be leading a new, weekly, online mindfulness meditation group for onelove.yoga every Tuesday at noon Central. You can register here.
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to pay attention in the present moment. This online group provides a safe space to learn and practice mindfulness meditation techniques. These practices can benefit your emotional, mental, and physical health. Each week includes:
- A live, guided meditation
- A short check-in from each member
- Mindful sharing of joys, difficulties, and questions about mindfulness meditation
