Announcing Morning Yoga & Meditation

Starting tomorrow, I will be teaching a new "Morning Yoga & Meditation" class (online) at Spirit of the Lake on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30am to 7:30am Central. No previous experience is required for this class, which includes a 15-20 minute guided meditation and a Hatha yoga practice. All aspects of this class support the development of peacefulness and clarity.

Previously I have taught meditation classes and yoga classes at Spirit of the Lake, but this will be my first class that combines seated mindfulness meditation with postural yoga practices.
