Description
Kripalu is an educational nonprofit dedicated to skills for optimal living through experiential education for the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. Located in the Berkshire hills of western Massachusetts, about two and a half hours north of New York City and west of Boston, the Kripalu Center is the largest retreat center in North America. Its campus sits on more than 100 acres on the traditional, unceded Mohican territory of the Stockbridge-Munsee band of Mohicans. Kripalu is home to the Kripalu School of Yoga, which trains teachers to teach Kripalu Yoga.
