The MN Yoga Conference is this weekend on Saturday and Sunday. The conference brings together yoga students and teachers of all levels from across Minnesota and surrounding states.
I'll be leading a session on Sunday called "Reclaim Your Attention." The practice will feature yoga postures, meditation, and music to focus and calm the mind. The content will be similar to my article in the current issue of MN Yoga + Life Magazine, except of course we'll be doing the practices.
