Starting tomorrow, Spirit of the Lake will begin offering free, live, online community yoga classes on Tuesday evenings, 5:30-6:30pm, to support the needs of the greater community. Each week during the month of January will feature a different Spirit of the Lake teacher. I will go first, and the schedule will look like this:
Jan. 5: Gentle Yoga with Matthew
Jan. 12: Intro. to Restorative Yoga with Judy
Jan. 19: Yoga with Niki
Jan. 26: Slow Mindful Flow with Anna C.
Each of these teachers does a wonderful job, and each one has their own unique style. If you have been thinking about trying yoga, this might be just the series for you to get started.
If you are able to attend one or more of these classes, consider donating to Spirit of the Lake's Community Fund, which will go to support local charities, nonprofits, and to assist with funding classes for students who cannot currently afford yoga.
