Original Text
mūrdha-jyotiṣi siddha-darśanam
Translation
By focusing attention on the light at the crown of the head, one perceives realized beings.
Background
In practice, this sūtra reflects the idea that through deep inner absorption on the subtle light of awareness—often experienced at the crown of the head—a yogi may receive insight, inspiration, or even visionary contact with beings who embody profound realization. These siddhas symbolize both inner potentials and guiding presences.
