Background
The prefix a- is a negation, so aklishta is simply a movement of the mind the kleshas are not feeding. That is a narrower claim than calling it good or pleasant. A painful memory can be aklishta if grief is doing its work and nothing is being fed by it, and a kind thought can be klishta if the point of it was to be seen being kind. Some mental activity supports the path, and this is Patañjali's word for it.
