Yin Yoga is a slow paced style of yoga where passive poses are held for extended periods of time, typically three to five minutes per pose.  Yin Yoga applies moderate stress to the connective tissues, the tendons, fascia, and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation to the joints and improving flexibility.  All levels welcome.
