This class offered through onelove.yoga will take you through a basic foundational guided practice designed to open your heart and mind through aligning, strengthening, and promoting flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, ease of movement, and modifications to welcome all.
No yoga mat? No problem. We have plenty of mats to lend. So, share with a friend and come try our yoga in a safe, fun, and educational way. Yoga is helpful in so many ways. This mind to body connection helps to calm the nervous system. With the challenges we face in everyday life, now is the time to prioritize a new practice to assist us in living healthier, happier, and more balanced.
