This free, online yoga class (donations accepted) is designed for people of any age, including seniors and those with minor physical ailments, who prefer a more relaxed practice. Gentle Yoga includes centering, breathing, warm-ups, postures, cool-down, and relaxation. The focus is on gentle movement and stretching coordinated with breath. Modifications suggested throughout. Appropriate for beginners and those with experience.
