It can be good to begin from something solid. The yoga tradition describes practice as steady and comfortable at the same time, both firm enough to hold you and loose enough that you can still breathe.I will lead a discussion about what that might mean when you're beginning something, such as a new practice, a season, or a conversation you've been putting off. This program will be mostly talking and sitting, with some very gentle movement you can do from a chair.
