Kripalu is a slow style of yoga. We start seated, warm up, move through some standing poses, spend time on the floor, and finish with rest. Movement follows the breath. I offer modifications throughout.
Slow doesn’t mean easy. When less is going on, staying with it takes more effort. Either way, you get an hour to practice living at ease. I often bring my harmonium and play a little at the start and again during the final rest. Some people sing along and others just listen.
Beginners and longtime practitioners are both welcome. Come as you are.
