Start the day by setting your intentions with a morning meditation and wind down with a Yoga Nidra session and happy hour.
Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga (my class, 10:45 - 11:45 am)

Rooted in the Kripalu tradition, this class invites you to explore dynamic movement and inner stillness through intelligent, accessible sequencing. You’ll be guided to breathe, feel, and flow,. You will move from posture to posture with intention and curiosity, while cultivating strength, balance, and presence.
