Renew your body, mind, and spirit at the Arb! Refresh your yoga practice with a full morning of classes led by talented instructors from our Yoga in the Gardens partners. Enjoy a variety of sessions including Slow Flow, Balance, Spring Reset Flow, Happy Hips, and a soothing Sound Bath.
Relax and Unwind Yoga (9:45–10:10 a.m.)
I will lead a sequence of gentle stretches, calming poses, and soothing breathing techniques designed to support relaxation and regulate the nervous system. This class cultivates a sense of calm, ease, and restoration through elements of gentle, yin, and restorative yoga, along with guided breathwork, meditation, and/or Yoga Nidra.
