Thinking about becoming a Kripalu Yoga Teacher?
If you’ve ever thought about deepening your yoga practice or becoming a Kripalu Yoga Teacher, I’ll be assisting at the upcoming 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Kripalu in Massachusetts this November.
Taught in two 12-day sessions, this training embraces the metamorphosis of fall and winter as a time to grow and evolve, both on and off the mat. Through a rigorous yet rewarding curriculum, you’ll learn to teach safe, empowering yoga with confidence and care.
The training is led by the inspiring faculty Rolf Gates (author of Meditations from the Mat) and Michelle Dalbec, one of my own teachers from my 300-hour Kripalu program. I’m honored to be part of the assistant team supporting this transformative journey.
In times of uncertainty, the practices of yoga, mindfulness, and compassionate self-awareness are more essential than ever. This is a powerful opportunity to embody and share them.
This training consists of two 12-day sessions: Nov 30–Dec 12, 2025; and Jan 25–Feb 6, 2026.
